Our stay was okay. But this is not supposed to be a 5* hotel.

The beach was one of the best in all of Egypt. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. 5 of us had massage and it was one of the best I ever had. I had massages in Egypt, USA, Dominican Republic, Turkey, Ukraine, Mexico and Canada and we truly enjoyed our experience with you.

Food could have been better. Room was very noisy on the 3rd floor during the day. Pool is extremely small for the size of the hotel and number of guests. Dining room staff felt rushed and it’s probably because they were understaffed. I managed an Outback Steakhouse in USA and I can judge restaurants. But the worst part was the fact that we kept calling for 3 days and begging to have the air conditioner fixed at my parents room and they kept promising to send someone to fix it and nobody came until I called and asked to talk to the f**king hotel manager. On that call, I never told them why I wanted to talk to him. They said he’ll call me back. He never did but someone came and fixed my parents’ air conditioner after 10-15 minutes.

Fast check in & checkout. Friendly staff. Elevators. Location.

The low quality and low variety of the food, for example: (not properly)mashed potatoes included the water boiled in it, or white cheese had yogurt mixed with it to make it sort of creamy, or vegetables cut poorly into random sizes and shapes, or most salads had hot chili powder added to them (nobody thinks of young children), or the desserts made from the same low quality dough that ends up being hard and not fluffy or spongy. I could keep going on and on sadly. In addition to serving the same exact dishes every day with the exception of at most 10%. The plates, cups & utensils weren't always cleaned properly, and the single use ones were of poor quality. The long walk to the sea from the beach where you can actually get in the water instead of walk on it which meant the way back to take a shower resulted in having salty water on skin under scorching sun for the same distance & duration. It would have been easily fixed by installing showers near that location.

Not a bad hotel but certainly nothing close to a 5 stars standard

Nice staff Quite beach Great spot for kitesurfing as there are 2 schools adjacent to the hotel

It is not a 5 stars but rather 3 at max Family hotel We have tried both the Egyptian and the Italian restaurants (which requires reservations) not worth it at all. Very poor quality and reduced variety of food. Beach snacks are the same daily (raw pizza and hot dog sandwiches)

1- the bar open all the day. 2- main foods are good except the desert. 3- in general, as money value, it’s good.

1- housekeeping( they haven’t slippers, bath coats and very poor minibar) 2- rooms described as garden view, it’s not. the view is building and no any garden around. 3- the desert is very poor and not good at all.

Valuable choice for sporty holiday..

This place is nearby the kite spot. So it is very good choice for kiting especialy for good condition all around /shallow water, lot of windy days, not many kiters, etc./. Ideal and safety place for beginner kiters.

Quite poor quality of internet in the hotel. It is possible to pay extra for private wi-fi, but it is quite expencieve and connection is only for one device.

I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Room was fine, food was not bad, but lacks variety, most of staff members are friendly

Some staff members are not friendly at all, I was promised by booking a late check-out, that was denied in a very rude way by the reception. Second, towel personnel leave their places like all the time, some nights I had to keep the towels til the next day. House keeping do not pay you a visit unless you ask them. I stayed for three nights, yet the mini bar items was refilled only once. Last but not least, food was fine but not something to be remembered. It lacks variety.

my point of view this Hotel 3-4 Star not 5 Star at all. and i think i will never stay here again.

the staff are friendly

the wifi was not for free in the Room, no enough green area to relax, no facilities on the beach and one the pool the animation team friendly but there ware no interested activity , the AC was so bad. the food was not good. far away from Haurgada 30 min by car.

Three restaurants are available.

Three restaurants are available. Food was good, rooms were clean and marina was very good.

Reception was very bad (Mr. Hassan), he wanted to give me a room back view which was very bad. They claim that this is the standard room, otherwise you should pay extra charge to stay is a good room. However bookings for standard room don't show these back view rooms. this took two hours of discussion until the reservation manager gave me a good room for stay. I suggest to add a category for these room named "economic room back view" as it miss leading for booking users.

Nice comfotable hotel.with some drawbacks.

Comfortable room.nice king sized bed with sofa bed for ou children .Nice little aqua park.nice outside areas.helpfull nice team apart from one or two persons.very good value for money paid.daily applied bottle of water and drinks at our room.Respectable manager.which always tried to ensure our satisfaction.Nice breakfast.good Italian resturant.

Non heated pool water.No fresh juice.One or two unfriendly persons in service.but others are kind.active and respectable.food of buffet.some times not delicious,and some times not of perfect quality,sea food quality was not good,some crabs were not fresh.sea food soup not delicious at all.up to 30 type of cakes and sweet,but just two or three are tasty.I classify it as 4 stars nice comofotable hotel.but not 5 stars.

AMC is a really nice beach front hotel and just close to it you can find an amazing kitesurf spot. Highly recommended for those one who want to enjoy diving and kitesurfing! The food was good and the staff was nice.

The bathroom needs a renovation..and please change the soap.. the scent was terrible
