1- the bar open all the day. 2- main foods are good except the desert. 3- in general, as money value, it’s good.

1- housekeeping( they haven’t slippers, bath coats and very poor minibar) 2- rooms described as garden view, it’s not. the view is building and no any garden around. 3- the desert is very poor and not good at all.

Varities of Swimming Pools , Kids Aqua Park Amazing, The Food was exceptional, varieties of food and restaurants and everything so tasty , many snacks for kids and ice cream.

Bathroom didn’t have hot water , sometimes a bad smell from toilets, tap water was broken But other wise the room was exceptional, very big and comfy

Staff are friendly, clean room. Good location.

The aqua was not included, and it was not within the hotel. It was across the road. I have to pay extra if I want to use it. In my opinion, the aqua picture should not be there. It seems like misleading info. Food was not the greatest. Actually, it's not good for 5* hotel.

Not a bad hotel but certainly nothing close to a 5 stars standard

Nice staff Quite beach Great spot for kitesurfing as there are 2 schools adjacent to the hotel

It is not a 5 stars but rather 3 at max Family hotel We have tried both the Egyptian and the Italian restaurants (which requires reservations) not worth it at all. Very poor quality and reduced variety of food. Beach snacks are the same daily (raw pizza and hot dog sandwiches)

Fast check in & checkout. Friendly staff. Elevators. Location.

The low quality and low variety of the food, for example: (not properly)mashed potatoes included the water boiled in it, or white cheese had yogurt mixed with it to make it sort of creamy, or vegetables cut poorly into random sizes and shapes, or most salads had hot chili powder added to them (nobody thinks of young children), or the desserts made from the same low quality dough that ends up being hard and not fluffy or spongy. I could keep going on and on sadly. In addition to serving the same exact dishes every day with the exception of at most 10%. The plates, cups & utensils weren't always cleaned properly, and the single use ones were of poor quality. The long walk to the sea from the beach where you can actually get in the water instead of walk on it which meant the way back to take a shower resulted in having salty water on skin under scorching sun for the same distance & duration. It would have been easily fixed by installing showers near that location.

Our stay was okay. But this is not supposed to be a 5* hotel.

The beach was one of the best in all of Egypt. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. 5 of us had massage and it was one of the best I ever had. I had massages in Egypt, USA, Dominican Republic, Turkey, Ukraine, Mexico and Canada and we truly enjoyed our experience with you.

Food could have been better. Room was very noisy on the 3rd floor during the day. Pool is extremely small for the size of the hotel and number of guests. Dining room staff felt rushed and it’s probably because they were understaffed. I managed an Outback Steakhouse in USA and I can judge restaurants. But the worst part was the fact that we kept calling for 3 days and begging to have the air conditioner fixed at my parents room and they kept promising to send someone to fix it and nobody came until I called and asked to talk to the f**king hotel manager. On that call, I never told them why I wanted to talk to him. They said he’ll call me back. He never did but someone came and fixed my parents’ air conditioner after 10-15 minutes.

I recently spent five incredible nights and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything about my stay was perfect. What made my stay truly exceptional was the service from the staff, specially Najeb from reception, chef Naser from Palm Island restaurant, Najeh from housekeeping and animation staff, very special thanks to Sasha who makes my kids very happy.
